For horse lovers, you will have the opportunity to melt into the spirit of ancient Bulgarian tribes by strolling the vast fields and mountains on horseback early in the morning. If you are an eager enthusiast, we can offer you an hour spend with one of the best western riders in Europe who will show the subtilties of natural horsemanship training.

We can’t miss the historical Boyana Church – a UNESCO heritage site which will take us back in the 11th- century Medieval Bulgaria. Your leader, who is by profession an art historian, promises to reveal the story of the unique medieval frescoes hidden in the church and tell you more about their peculiar characteristics.

The tour ends with a panoramic view of the whole city and a coffee/tea break at a place where only locals go.
