Your guide will walk you through the pepper and spice plantation and the fruit garden, while explaining our organic farming methods. You will understand why Kampot Pepper has been elected #1 Best pepper in the world by chefs and gourmets. During the pepper and spice tasting session, we share with you some tips and recipes to cook with La Plantation spices back home.
11:30 – BUFFALO TOUR (1H20)
Taking a water buffalo pulling cart around the villages is an unforgettable experience and an ideal eco-friendly way to explore and enjoy local countryside.
13:00 - LUNCH
Enjoy our traditional Khmer dishes prepared with our spices.
The set lunch includes:
- Starter: Nom Krourk, a Khmer specialty made with rice flour, coconut milk
- Main course: Any main course from our menu
- Dessert : any other dessert -
Drinks : home-made ice-teas, sodas, beer, sprite, coke, or water (one drink included in the package)
