Phnom Penh Sunset Cruise Including BBQ and Drinks

Phnom Penh may be fast-paced while out on the city streets, but when plying the waters of the Tonle Sap River on a Phnom Penh sunset cruise, experience the calm and serenity of watching the sun set over the city. Over the course of 2.5 hours, you'll cruise by the famous Royal Palace and join with the Mekong River, as you pass by floating villages while enjoying a meal on the upper deck. At one point this boat was owned by the prince, and uniquely features a double hull that allows it to navigate parts of the river where other tour boats can't go.

This sunset tour begins with a pickup from your Phnom Penh hotel or guesthouse, and departs from the port at 5pm for a leisurely sunset cruise. If you're traveling as part of a larger group, you can also arrange to meet at the port to ensure a timely departure. 

Once the boat has left the docks, you'll cruise the gentle Tonle Sap River with views looking back at the city, and enjoy the peace and quiet that's found just minutes away from the port. Sail past the Royal Palace and along the Phnom Penh riverside, watching the sunset over the city as the river joins up with the Mekong. From the comfortable perch of the upper deck, enjoy the onboard BBQ and grab a refreshing drink, while enjoying the views of floating villages, fishing boats, and farms. 

From here the scenery is vastly different than back in bustling Phnom Penh, and it offers a glimpse of everyday life in the rural Cambodian countryside. As the sun begins to fade in the sky, watch the city's skyline twinkle and burst to life in the darkness, before arriving back at the Phnom Penh dock around 7:30pm. 

For the BBQ dinner, all food is MSG free and cooked using vegetable oil. BBQ consists of Pork Ribs, Chicken Wings, Chicken Kebabs and Fruits.
