Way of use
1. Consult customer service: This product needs to be confirmed twice, please consult online customer service first;
2. Remarks: Please note the contact information, pinyin name, hotel English name, flight number and landing time when placing the order;
3, check the mail: confirm that you can send a travel confirmation to your email, the content includes the manager's contact information, the group notice, travel tips and so on. Please check your email and read the corresponding instructions carefully;
4. Communication problems: After placing the order, please follow the confirmation form to contact the housekeeper actively. The questions in the itinerary can communicate directly with the housekeeper. Please ensure that the contact information can be used normally. If the contact cannot be made in time, the impact will be affected. .
5. Before you go:
 Pick-up: After the trip to the airport, the driver will hold your name and wait for you at the airport;
 Drop-off: On the day of the trip, the driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby with your name written at the appointed time.
Precautions
1. This product only provides airport pick-up and drop-off service from the airport to Phnom Penh;
2. Pick-up time during the day is: 06:00~19:00; late indirect time is: 19:00~06:00, pick-up time is subject to the actual arrival time of your flight;
3. After the customs clearance, the driver will wait for the customer's pinyin name at the gate. If you do not see the driver, please contact customer service, we will assist in communication for the first time;
4. If the flight changes, please inform the customer before the flight departure. The driver's free waiting time is 1 hour. The flight time of the flight you inform will prevail. If you do not see the guest after 1 hour, you will leave without refund and the consequences will be borne by the guest.
5. This product is only for pick-up and drop-off service. It is not allowed to stop in the middle until you arrive at the hotel. For special circumstances, please communicate directly with the driver.

Way of use

1. Please note the contact information, pinyin name, hotel English name, flight number and landing time when placing the order;
2. The customer service will contact you three days before the trip (an urgent order will contact you immediately);
3. Pick-up: After the trip to the airport, the driver will wait for you at the airport exit with your name on it;
 Drop-off: On the day of the trip, the driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby with your name written at the appointed time.

Precautions

1. This product only provides airport pick-up and drop-off service from the airport to Phnom Penh;
2. The pick-up time is based on the actual arrival time of the flight you informed;
3. After the customs clearance, the driver will wait for the customer's pinyin name at the gate. If you do not see the driver, please contact customer service, we will assist in communication for the first time;
4. If the flight changes, please inform the customer before the flight departure. The driver's free waiting time is 90 minutes. The flight time you inform will be subject to the landing time. If you do not see the guest after 90 minutes, you will leave without refund and the consequences will be borne by the guest.
5. The shuttle service cannot be stopped in the middle until you arrive at your hotel or airport. For special circumstances, please communicate directly with the driver.
