All Terrain Vehicle tour the Newfoundland Wilderness
During our eight hour All Terrain Vehicle tour you can see Loons, ducks, grouse or Ptarmigan, beavers in their own habitat as well as the possibility of seeing moose. We travel the old rail-bed and other local ATV trails to view the flora and fauna of the area as well as the other wildlife. Many different species of birds are available to see.
On your own individual Honda ATV you will handle your own machine through the wilds of Newfoundland on this locally guided tour. It is a great relaxing way to view your surroundings. We stop along the way to have a traditional in the woods boil up.Enjoy your meal with an open fire and a cup o tea in the natural surroundings.
We include your overnight accommodations in this price at our exclusive hostel. Rooms based on a minimum of double occupancy.

Meet us at the Trinity Eco-tours Hostel to get room assignments and get ready for our daily adventure. Depending upon our route we will leave from the hostel or trailer our ATV's to another favorite path along our route.
At the start of our tour we introduce you to the main features and controls of a Honda ATV 420 (20-30 minutes). We depart form the parking lot of our hostel to travel along the path from the roadway to the old Newfoundland Railway. Your local guide will stop often to show you the birds and wildlife, ponds, brooks and other scenery. He will also talk about the history of the railway and its significance to the area and the province. the trips usually finish within the three and a half suggested tour times. There are plenty of photo opportunities along the route.
In the middle of our trip we stop along our way to have a traditional Newfoundland boil up with an open fire and tea steeped over an open fire with sandwiches and other items broiled over an open fire.
We continue our route home to arrive back at the hostel where you can prepare for an evening in Trinity of fine dining, theater or a hike along the Gun Hill Trail , Fort Point or Skirwink all within the local area. There are no shortage of things to do in the bight!
