Should you choose to proceed with us, our staff will send you an invoice for the agreed value. You will have the option to prepay the service in full or to make an initial payment of 25% online and the rest can be paid to the driver in Cash (Canadian Dollar only) or by Credit Card before the trip.
Pick-up from the Airport: Our assigned driver/office will monitor your flight. Your assigned "D2D Vehicle" driver will be waiting for you in the parking area and will text you on your mobile phone # (If provided) with his/her Name, Make/Model & Vehicle License Plate # after your flight has landed. Please turn your cell phone "ON" after you have landed at Toronto Airport and check your text messages. Please proceed to the outside platform at Arrivals Level to Pre-Arranged Limousine Pick-Up Area. All Pillars/Posts are numbered. Please call/text your assigned driver directly once at "the pick-up point" and your Vehicle will pull up within 2-5 minutes. Alternatively, proceed to the Pre-Arranged Limousine Pick-Up Area and check-in with the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) Officer and inform them that you have a vehicle reserved with "Door 2 Door Limo" and they will coordinate with the driver. The vehicle will pull up within 2-5 minutes. Please call us at +1(437)788-5522 if you have any difficulty finding your driver. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IN JUST ANY TAXI/LIMO AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL THE TOTAL COST AS A NO-SHOW.
Airport Drop-Off and Livery: Your assigned 'D2D Vehicle" will arrive at the location of your preference as scheduled. On his/her arrival at the location, he/she will send a text or call to the number provided. 15 minutes of grace period is allowed from the initial message / call for you to load and depart. In case of livery service, the detailed plan has to be supplied to our office or to the driver before commencement of the trip.
