Flower's Cove Hike 'n' Picnic
1. While hiking along the trail we will come across different plant life and can stop and identify if desired.
2. We can taste test edible berries when in season and do some berry picking is desired.
3. We will make time to view and take pictures of the spectacular scenery the breathtaking rugged coastline offers.
4. Also, we will use supplied binoculars to try and spot out animals such as whales, moose and the Bald Eagle. We will be very close to the Atlantic Ocean.
5. When we reach the Flower's Cove destination, we will show you the water rock outcrops ( the spanish call flowers ).
6. At Flower's Cove we will demonstrate and have a traditional Newfoundland boil-up (Picnic) done over an open fire.
7. While waiting for the meal, clients can relax and do beach rock art to keep as souvenirs or hide for someone to find. Paint and brushes will be supplied.

Stop At: Maberly to Little Catalina Trail, 126 Elliston Street, Elliston, Newfoundland and Labrador A0C 1N0 Canada
Our destination is Flower's Cove which is 1.5 kms of hiking along the Maberly to LIttle Catalina Trail. We don't hike the full trail because we stop and have a traditional boil-up and picnic on the beach. The duration of the whole experience is about 3-5 hours, sometimes less or more depending on the client. Most of the time there is no time limit on our part !!!
