Skip the Line: 1:30 pm Canopy Tour at Haliburton Forest Ticket
Enjoy breathtaking views on this 3.5 to 4 hour Canopy Tour that runs twice daily 9:00 am and 1:30 pm. Your guide will take you on an adventure in 4 parts:
1. A scenic drive through the private forest
2. Paddle a canoe across a wilderness lake
3. A guided walk along the Pelaw River Rapids
4. The Canopy Tour itself, among the treetops. At 10-20 metres above the ground, walk through the treetops and see beautiful views of Haliburton Forest from above. At over half a kilometre long (the longest canopy boardwalk of its kind in the world), youll be sure to see more spectacular views.
Visit: Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre, 1305 Redkenn Rd Haliburton Forest & Wild Life Reserve, Haliburton, Ontario K0M 1S0 Canada
Canopy Tour guests may visit the Wolf Centre on their own before or after their tour depending on tour time.
The Wolf Centre is a 5,000 square foot facility that houses exhibits of local wild life, a cinema, a retail space, a large indoor observatory, and it is wheelchair accessible! Visit the observatory and maybe catch a glimpse of Haliburton Forests wolf pack: permanent residents of Haliburton Forest since 1993.
For 9:00 am tours guests would visit the Wolf Centre after their tour. For 1:30 pm tours guests would visit the Wolf Centre before their tour. We recommend arriving between 11/11:30 am to allow enough time to see the Wolf Centre and maybe have a bite to eat.
