Praia City Tour

Visiting the capital of the country means supplementing the historical knowledge of events marked by the arrival of independence. Places such as the Jaime Mota Army House, the cruise, the Presidential Palace, the Municipal Chamber, the courts, the Alexandre Alburguergue main square, show the colonial side of the city. In the Municipal Market you will get to know a lot of the local gastronomy, going down from Ponta Belém to Sucupira Market, where you can buy souvenirs, traditional clothes and much more.

Cidade Velha (Old Town - World Heritage)

The visit to Cape Verde's most African and historic city begins with the fortress of São Filipe, where you can learn about the defense system against the pirates who attacked the island. It follows the ruins of the Sé Cathedral (the first Cathedral to be built in all Sub-Saharan Africa), the slave market in Pelourinho, the Banana street that leads to Nossa Senhora do Rosário church, and ends in the convent of São Filipe. This is a package for lovers of history and culture hitherto found on the monuments of the old city.
