We start our tour with a view of the panorama from the Fortín del Rey. There we start the city tour through Avenida Marginal, passing through the municipal market, Torre de Belem, the fish market and Plaza Estrela. From here we head towards Monte Verde, then descend to Baía das Gatas, which is known for the internationally renowned music festival in August. Here we will stop to swim in the crystal clear waters of the Bay. On the way back to the hotel, we cross the incredible and colorful fishing village of Salamansa.

From here we take an amazing panoramic view over Mindelo. Fortim del Rei was built in 1852 for the defence of Porto Grande Bay.
