Cultural Walking Tour of Kingston

To get to know the real Jamaica, you need to walk its lively streets. On this 5-hour walking tour of Kingston, you will explore the city on foot and by public transportation, in order experience the capital like the locals do. Accompanied by a guide, you will visit parks, galleries, and restaurants, to get an up close look at Kingston's culture, art, history, and cuisine. Bottled water and entrance fees are included.

You will meet your guide at 9:00 am at Emancipation Park to start the tour. After a short walk through the park, take a local bus the the seaside village of Port Royal. There you will tour a museum, and walk through the town to one of Kingston's most popular restaurants for a seafood lunch. From Port Royal, head to downtown Kingston and visit of one of the best known galleries in the Caribbean; the National Gallery of Jamaica, and then see performances by local artistes.

The tour will end back at Emancipation Park at around 2:00 pm
