Usually a discover dive takes place in a swimming pool. But Bonaire has got a lot of dive locations with confined water. That’s why it is possible to have your first diving experience in the ocean in a safe environment. Now you can make use of this unique opportunity. You can immediately enjoy the beautiful underwater world of Bonaire!

Explanation and maximum 1 hour diving in shallow confined open water.

Itinerary

I will pick you up from your accommodation or just outside the cruiseship pier ("internet bookings" sign). We will drive by car to one of the easier accessable shore dive locations. First I will explain some basic theory about scuba diving and the most important safety rules. I will set up your equipment and show you how it works. Then we put on the equipment and go into the water. We will practice a few skills under water and dive to a maximum depth of 6 meters / 20 feet to enjoy the corals, sponges, fish and other marine life. Depending on how much air you use we will be under water for about 30 to 60 minutes.

The 9.00 am tour can start earlier if you like.
