Nature Walk through El Yunque National Forest

The El Yunque National Forest is the only tropical rain forest in the national forest system. At nearly 29,000 acres, it is one of the smallest in size, yet one of the most biologically diverse of the national forests hosting hundreds of animal and plant species, some of which are found only here.
The day begins meeting you at the pick-up point from San Juan area. From there, we’ll drive about 35 to 40 minutes heading east to El Yunque National Forest. Our guide will welcome you there and begin the tour of this enchanting forest; live commentary and interpretation of your surroundings will be given in both English and Spanish. The journey through the forest will have you explore La Coca Falls, Yokahu Tower, Baño de Oro natural pool and the Mameyes River reached by hiking through the Angelito Trail or Puente Roto.The tour lasts approximately four hours. After the activities, transportation will pick you up and take you back to your hotel.
