Enjoy a private bicycle tour in Jamaica's longest mountain range, the Blue Mountains. After a scenic drive to the starting point in the mountains, cruise downhill by bike for about 12 miles (19 km), and go for a refreshing swim in a waterfall. Breakfast and lunch are included on this full-day tour. When booking, select a departure location, either Negril or the Grand Palladium Resort.

Meet your guide in the lobby of your Negril or the Grand Palladium to start your tour by boarding your private vehicle. Listen to a briefing on the day's activities and information about Jamaica and its history as you drive along the beautiful northern coastline of Jamaica to the east side of the island. There will be stops along the way for photos and to stretch your legs.

As you approach the small town of Buff Bay, make a right turn up the mountain, passing through many villages along the way. View fresh water shooting out from several areas in the mountain rocks as you make your way to your destination at an elevation of about 5,000 feet (1,524 meters). Here, hop out to fill up for your biking adventure with an authentic Jamaican breakfast of ackee fruit and saltfish, fried dumplings, steamed cabbage, and, of course, Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, grown and produced here.

After breakfast, you'll be taken to your bike starting point of about 6,000 feet, from where you'll cycle down the mountain through the lush rainforest. Take a rest break for lunch, and then continue the journey downhill until you reach a coffee plantation, where you will take a tour and see a demonstration of local coffee production. Your next stop is the Mountain Dew Waterfall for a cool swim to mark the end of your bike tour.

You'll then be returned to Negril or the Grand Palladium for hotel drop-off.
