Pass By: Mamalluca Observatory, Gabriela Mistral 260, Vicuna 1760000 Chile

We will pick you up at your hotel to start a tour of the Mamalluca Observatory, located very close to the city of Vicuña. We will start with a brief introduction talk, and then move on to observation with telescopes. In this part, we will identify stars, constellations and planets through manual telescopes, which will teach us how to use. The observation will be accompanied by the explanation by the guide, taking advantage of one of the cleanest skies on the planet to perform this activity. Finally, we will enter the observatory to use the high-tech telescope in the main dome of this enclosure. After this, we will return to the city of La Serena.
