As a consequence of its geography, Chile has all the climates of the planet and the four seasons are well differentiated. The warmest season is between October and April and the coldest, from May to September.

REQUIREMENTS:

Meet the minimum age 25 years old

A valid driver’s license and passport for each driver. (An international permit is not necessary to drive in Chile)

A major credit card in the name of the renter (MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club or American Express)

Itinerary

Day 1: Santiago Airport - Casablanca Valley - Valparaiso - Viña del Mar (Approx. 120 km)

Stop At: Valparaiso's Gate (La Puerta de Valparaiso), Huito 365, Valparaiso, Chile, Valparaiso Chile
Upon your arrival at Santiago Airport, pick up your rental car and drive to Viña del Mar passing by

Casablanca Valley, famous throughout the world for its production of white wines, here we can visit some of several vineyards: Veramonte, Casa del Bosque, William Cole, Indomita.

Then continue to Valparaiso or the ‘Jewel of the Pacific,’ as Valparaíso is known, is also home to Chile’s legislative Congress and the headquarters of the Chilean navy. Admire these historic buildings and soak up the country’s maritime history!

After visit this interesting and picturesque city, drive towards Viña del Mar. Don´t miss, the glamorous Municipal Casino, it´s a nighttime must-see.

Day 2: Viña del Mar - Zapallar (Approx. 70 km)

Stop At: Vina del Mar Casino, Avenida San Martin 199, Vina del Mar 2520179 Chile
Depending on your departure time, you can explore the city known as “La Ciudad Jardin” (The Garden City) thanks to its extensive Green area, and its highlights as the famous Flower Clock.

Numerous castles and old mansions that belonged to wealthy families adorn the city and are today elegant museums or recreation centers.

Then continue to Zapallar, this summer resort is in the middle of a landscape with amazing beauty, light colored beaches mixed with big rock formations; this exclusive beach resort that will amaze you with its large manors of different designs, most of them in Italian style.

Day 3: Zapallar - Cachagua - Maitencillo (Approx. 50 km)

Stop At: Playa de Zapallar, Zapallar Chile
For today, we recommend to discover the absolutely beautiful beach towns of Cachagua, Maitencillo and Zapallar. The hills are dotted with gorgeous homes and there stone walkways along the beach the snake past beautiful nature reserves--including the Penguin colony of Isla de Los Pinguinos a few hundred feet from the beach in Cachagua.

In the morning you leave this green valley and drive towards Santiago Airport to drop off your rental car.
