Itinerary

Start your experience off with an hour yoga session on the roof top of vineyard Antiyal overlooking the foothills of the Andes and Coastal Andes with your certified yoga instructor. Your yoga session will entail learning specific poses along with wine tasting and organic/biodynamic techniques with a professional Sommelier. However, this experience is more focused on not speaking directly to the wines. Instead, it is about seeing wine from oblique angles and having conversations with one another to illuminate the wine tasting experience. Its to help you relieve stress, give you strength and flexibility and mind-body awareness. Also, animals are fundamental in biodynamics and at vineyard Antiyal, horses, cows, chickens, geese and ducks will be on the premise during your yoga session and wine tasting. At approximately 12:00 p.m. once you finish your yoga session and wine tastings, you will have lunch in the middle of the vineyard. The overwhelming majority of ingredients in your lunch come from the vineyard and the area. Wine will also compliment your lunch.
