Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: E'ling Park, No.176 Eling Centre Street, Yuzhong District, Chongqing 400014 China

We'll meet our travelers in their hotels lobby at 10:00am. Then we take metro or bus to our hiking tour start point-E'ling park. This is a high land park for a nice view of downtown Chongqing, also a proper place to learn some history of this city. Metro ride and excursion in the park takes roughly 1.5 hour.

We are only able to meet our travelers and get started in their hotels because there's no way to handle their luggage if travelers would like to get started upon their arrival in the airport or train station. .

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Liziba Station, Chongqing China

Then we hike from E'ling park to Liziba Monorail Station. It's now becoming a super hot spot of Chongqing for it's unique design-all monorail traffic directly through an apartment building. We'll get to a viewing platform to witness the whole thing. Hiking is roughly 1.3km and all activities takes about 1.5 hour.

Stop At: Tongyuanmen City Wall Relic Site Park, Jintang St, Yuzhong Qu, Chongqing Shi, China

Then we'll ride on a monorail train to get to our next stop-Tong-yuan-men Ancient City Gate. It's one of the few old city gates still preserved in downtown which is over 500 year old. On arrival we'll find a local restaurant for a simple lunch, we recommend you literally local style sand-pot rice noodles or Tou-fu meal, lunch is on us.

After lunch we'll start hiking from Tong-yuan-men, we will hike through the old sector of Chongqing including original residential complex,cliff side board walk with nice Yangtze River view. This part is also called "Mountain City Hiking Route", a highly recommended city hiking route mostly represents the traditional side of this huge city, a highlight of this tour. Totally 900m but quite fascinating. We might also take a coffe break amid this hiking. Counting lunch all activities takes arround 2 hours.

Stop At: Jiefangbei Square, Junction of Mingzu Road, Mingquan Road and Zourong Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing 400000 China

Then we'll take a bus or just hike to Jie-fang-bei CBD, the original downtown center of Chongqing. We hike through it enjoy the prosperity and modern side of this city. Roughly 1.5km 1.5 hour.

Stop At: Hongya Cave, Junction of Changbai Road, Yangtze River and Jialing River, Yuzhong District, Chongqing 400000 China

Hongya Cave is now another super hot spot of Chongqing locates by Jialing River which fascinates millions travelers from all over the world. It's basically a folk custom architecture mostly mocks manchurian style. The highlght of it is it's view from the other side of the river, looks so much like a movie scene of a Japanese comic .

Therefore the best way to learn this architecture is not going inside of it, we'll hike accross Qian-si-men bridge nearby Hongya Cave to the other side of Jia-ling River to view the whole thing.

We'll end this tour at Jiefangbei CBD, we are also more than happy to send our travelers back to their hotels by metro or bus.
