Itinerary

Day 1: Jiuhuang airport pick-up; Huanglong - Jiuzhaigou

Stop At: Huanglong Scenic Valley, Pingsong Street, Songpan County 623300 China
Upon your arrival at Jiuhuang Airport in the morning, meet your guide and then drive about 1.5 hours to explore Huanglong National Park (cable car is optional). It’s named as the "World Wonder" and "Fairy Land on Earth" and well known for its colorful lakes, snow clad mountains, valleys and virgin forest. The scenic area was included in the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1992.

Day 2: Jiuzhaigou day tour (B)

Stop At: Jiuzhaigou Natural Reserve, Zhangzha Town, 623400 China
After breakfast at your hotel, you will have a full day to explore the Jiuzhai Valley. There are 9 Tibetan villages in the valley, hence its name. The best-known feature is its dozen of blue, green and turquoise-colored lakes. Jiuzhai Valley consists of three valleys – Rize Valley, Shuzheng Valley and Zechawa Valley, which form a 'Y' shape. It is said that there is no other place in the world as peaceful as Jiuzhaigou.
In the valley, you will see many lakes among which, Five-Flower Lake (Wuhua Hai) is hailed as the essence of Jiuzhaigou Park. Wuhua Hai lake is renowned for its colorful trees, blue skies, white clouds and gorgeous algae. The best spot to shoot a panoramic photo of the lake is the 'Tiger Stone.' Another lake worth seeing is Chang Hai Lake, the longest and highest lake that is known as the mother of all other lakes of Jiuzhaigou. Lastly, you can see Nuo Ri Lang Waterfall, the widest waterfall in China.This waterfall is known for being a filming location for many TV shows, including Journey to the West.

Day 3: Jiuzhaigou - Jiuhuang airport drop-off (B)

Stop At: Jiuzhaigou County, Jiuzhaigou County, Sichuan
After breakfast at your hotel, have a free at leisure until meet the driver and transfer to the airport for your flight to next destination.
Note: Please tell us your arrival flight and departure flight in advance. If your flight arrives at Jiuhuang airport after 1pm, Huanglong sightseeing will be arranged on Day 3 in order to let you have enough time to explore Huanglong Park, so your departure flight on Day 3 need be in the late afternoon.
Between Nov.1 to Mar.30 in winter, the road to Huanglong Park will be closed due to the heavy snow and frozen road. Your tour to Huanglong will be replaced by tour to Mouni Valley whose unique scenery makes itself a top tourist attraction of Sichuan in winter.
