Chinese Cookies also named as Guangzhou chicken cake, is one of the traditional snacks and flavor cakes in Guangzhou. The first name of chicken cake is Xiaofeng cake. It is filled with pork, sugar, white sesame, melon seeds, olive seeds and other spices, and baked with flour, sugar and oil mixture. Golden butter is bright, crisp, salty and sweet. Legend has it that more than a hundred years ago, a female worker named Xiaofeng was created by a wealthy family named Wu in Xiguan of Guangzhou in Qing Dynasty. Chicken cakes are one of the four famous cakes in Guangdong. It's just the shape that makes people fall in love at first sight.

Ginger milk collision is a special traditional dessert snack in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province. It is processed with ginger juice and milk as the main raw materials. It has a smooth taste and unique flavor.
