You will drive to Nyingtri at the distance of 420km and the scenery is extremely beautiful with typical traditional Tibetan villages, nomad camps before crossing Bala pass at the altitude of 5000m above sea level and beautiful forest gorge, stream river and Nyangchu river, which is the tributary of Barhmaputra river.

Itinerary

Day 1: Day 1: Arrival at Lhasa Gongkar airport and transfer to Lhasa.(3650Mts/ 60Km )

Pass By: Lhasa Gonggar Airport International Departure, Gonggar, Shannan, Tibet, China
You will be warmly welcome by our Tibetan guide and driver and accompany you to the holy city of Lhasa along with the view of Bharmaputra, known as Yarlung Tsangpo in Tibetan and a giant stone carved Buddha with more than a thousand years history.

Day 2: Day 2-3: Sightseeing tour in Lhasa, Potala Palace, Jokang temple, Bharkor Bazar, Drepung and Sera monasteries.

Day 4: Day 4: Lhasa-Darksumtso-Bayi,2900Mts/430Km

Stop At: Bayi Park, Shenyang, No.18 Sanwei Road, Heping District, Shenyang 110003 China
after breakfast,head to lake Basongcuo,which is the national forest park.then we"ll visit the "taizhao" old city,(original name Jiangda),which is the converge point of ancient Chuang-tibat road,tsing-tibet road.the"mainstay" is located in the middle stream of niyang river,accompanied with turbulent torrent and steep valley.

Day 5: Day 5::Bayi-Lunang-Bai

Stop At: Yarlong Tsangpo River, Nyingchi, Nyingchi County China
forest sea-Bayi after breakfast,sightseeing on the view stage.then drive to the center pier of yalong tsangpo scenery area,en rout sightseeing holy spring,king of the mulberry trees, the celestial burial platform,then embark the yacht heading for Dapai town,watching the water burial platform.after Lunch,the essence of this itinerary finally unveiled today. the first bend of yarlong tsangpo river and namche barwa peak are breath takingly imposing.you can take photos by the grand canyon monument.then return to Bayi,pass by the giant cypress trees.

Day 6: Day 6: Bayi-Lamaling temple and Buchu Lhakang-Bai.

Stop At: Yarlong Tsangpo River, Nyingchi, Nyingchi County China
Start at around 10 Am from your hotel and drive on a narrow road along the Yarlung Tsangpo river in a rocky forested gorge and visit Buchu Sergyi Lhakang. Buchu Sergyi Lhakang is the most ancient Buddhist temple in Kongpo and one of the four border taming temples ( Tadul Lhakang ) built by King Songtsan Gampo in the seventh century. It was constructed according to geomantic theory on the right elbow of Supine ogress who represented the Tibetan land. Originally the temple was associated with Nyingma pa tradition. By the 17 th century, Buchu Sergyi Lhakang was transformed in to Gelukpa, or yellow hat school. The temple is 2 storey high, dominated by golden roof and an old statue of Padmasambhava. There around 8 monks these days. After Buchu Lhakang, we will continue to Zangtok peri temple. It is one of the most sacred temple since it was blessed by Guru Rinpoche in the 8th Century. It is beautiful located up in a forested hill with good view of the Kongpo valley. Afternoon, we will hike up to Bonri. From there, you will have a whole view of Nyingtri prefecture.

Day 7: Day 7 Bai-Minling Airport and fly back to Chengdu or Beijing

The distance to Minling county from Bai is 70Km which will take you an hour and half to get there.
