Dumpling is one of the most famous traditional food in China and I like to teach people how to make it, you can find dumplings all over China, it looks simple but to really make it by yourselves can be very complicated, I will tell you step by step how to make this delicious food, come and join me!

Itinerary

First we will have the basic materials prepared, like the dough, stuffings ( both veges and meats).
Then me and a professional chef will teach us how to make the unique dumplings, you are going to learn the way to roll the dough intend to get the wrappers of dumplings, how to tight up the dumplings etc, for sure we will eat all of the dumplings after it is been cooked , homemade wine will be served as well!
