During the class, he will share with you not just the movement and his understandings of Taichi helping people for mental cultivation,healthy growing up, building up your concentration, inner peace, self-balancing and supreme harmony between your mind and your body, instead of attacking.

This Taichi Class is combined with a visit of the incredible Temple of Heaven!

First, we will have our Taichi Class among the hundred years old tree garden in side Temple of Heaven, the class will be taken by our extraordinary Taichi Master, who speaks excellent English and was a shaolin monk learning Chinese Kungfu from the Shaolin Temple from the age of 5, now has been praciticed for more than 30 years, he says he is going to be continue for rest his life and Kungfu is part of him now, you will find out the truth and myth of the real Kungfu from this charming gentlemen during your 1 hour class.

After the class, we are going to tour you the beautiful Temple of Heaven, which will take around 1.5 hour, in general , the whole prgram will be around 2.5 -3 hours depends how long the visit takes .
