Two-Day must do tour through High speed train: Xi'an-Chegndu-Xi'an

Through this tour, you could visit two famous cities in China- Xi’an and Chengdu. The fabled starting point of Silk Road, Xi'an was a provincial capital for 13 dynasties spanning a period of 1,100 years. Xi'an is also home of the world renowned Terracotta warriors, an archaeological site of wonder and importance. After visit Xi’an, you will catch the high speed train to Chengdu-The home town of Giant pandas. On the next day, you will pay a visit of Chengdu panda base and Jinli ancient street to enjoy the charm of this city. Then, you will take the high speed train back to Xi’an. your guide and driver will pick you up and send you to your Xi’an hotel.

Itinerary

Day 1: Day1:Xi’an -Chengdu

Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi'an 710600 China
Your will be pick up from your hotel 8:00am and drive to the Terra-Cotta Warriors Museum. Terra-Cotta Warriors were created to guard the tomb of Emperor Qin Shihuang and to protect him in the afterlife. It is estimated that there are over 7,000 life-size terracotta figures and horses buried here. The museum complex features extensive exhibits, artifacts, and a movie of the rich history of the site, plus breathtaking examples of the countless treasures unearthed here.

After lunch, you will travel to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a landmark of the city. Built in the Tang Dynasty，the square pyramid stands at 197 feet (60 meters) tall, which is about seven-story high.

After that ,,your guide will send you to Chengdu train station and assist you get the tickets and send you to the security check.You will take the train to Chengdu(Reference train number:D1947:18:00-21:36）.After you arrival in Xi’an.The driver and guide will pick you up with holding a sign board with your name on and send you to your hotel.

Day 2: Day 2:Chengdu-Xi’an

Stop At: Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi), No.1375 Xiongmao Avenue the Outside Northern Third Ring Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu 610081 China
Your guide will pick you up at your hotel around 8am, and then you will head to Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center in the suburb of Chengdu where you will see lovely pandas eating and playing. It will also be a pleasant experience for you to walk in the wide garden of bamboo trees at the research center. You will spend 2-3hours in Chengdu panda base.It depends on your self.If you come to there in the right season,you will also see the adorable giant pandas cubs.Besides the Giant pandas,you could also have a possibility to see the red pandas.

After the happy tour in Panda Garden , you will go to have lunch.

Then,your guide will take you to Jinli ancient street.Jinli Ancient Street is modern commercial pedestrian streets that embed into Chengdu ancient buildings which originally built during Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).

Strolling down the narrow street, you will find yourself surrounded by old-world stores selling lacquer products, folk handicrafts, Shu Embroidery and calligraphies. You can browse leisurely or purchase some souvenirs for your friends. Most of the special local products can be found here.

After the free walk in Jinli ancient street,your guide will send you to Chengdu train station and assist you get the tickets and send you to the security check.You will take the train to Xi’an(Reference train number:D1942:16:39-20:42）.After you arrival in Xi’an.The driver and guide will pick you up with holding a sign board with your name on and send you to your hotel. End.
