• Our drivers will arrive at Xi'an International Airport or Railway Station or Beikezhan eariler than arrival of the flight or train.
• They hold Pickup Card with your name on it and wait for you at exit of terminals or exit of railway station
• When you meet our driver, tour guide will make phone call to you for any possible doubt or question. 
• Driver will help you put the luggage on the car or bus, everything is ok, they will transfer you to hotel you booked in downtown.
• When you finish checkin, our driver will leave. A perfect pickup service is finished. 

• Before placing the order, PLEASE write down in email details of your flight number, airport of departure and day or date when you travel or you will employ PICK UP service.
• Before placing the order, Please write down in email details of your train number, arrival station (note: there are two railway stations in Xi'an, regular train station and bullet train station (BEI KE ZHAN) and day or date when you arrive or you will emply pick up service.
