The Cabo de la Vela Tour takes you to know one of the most impressive and beautiful landscapes that Colombia has. In Cabo de la Vela you will contemplate the majestic sunset over the Caribbean Sea from the Lighthouse in Cabo de la Vela.

Itinerary

Day 1: Riohacha - Cabo de la Vela

Stop At: Punta Gallinas, Carrera 5 3a 02, Uribia Colombia
Uribia is known as the indigenous capital of Colombia, so you can see many handicrafts of the Wayú culture
Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Salinas de Manaure, Manaure Colombia
The largest salt complex in Colombia, through a road in the middle of the desert, there we will have a tour to learn about the process of salt extraction.
Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Cabo de la Vela, Cabo de La Vela Colombia
They will arrive at Cavo de la Vela for lunch and have a pleasant time enjoying the combination of the desert and the sea. In the afternoon we will go to a typical hotel (Ranchería) to have dinner and spend the night in hammocks.
Duration: 1 hour

Meals included:
• Lunch:  Typical food prepared by local chefs. (Fish, chicken and Creole goat)
• Dinner: Typical food prepared by local chefs. (Fish, chicken and Creole goat)
Accommodation included: Accommodation in “chinchorros” (hammocks) in the Rancherías (small villas built by the Wayú)

Day 2: Cabo de la Vela - Riohacha

Stop At: Cabo de la Vela, Cabo de La Vela Colombia
Early in the morning we will have a delicious breakfast and then we will visit the Pilón de Azúcar beach, we will also climb a small mountain to have a beautiful view of the desert and the sea of Cabo de la Vela. Then we will return to the accommodation for lunch and finally return to Riohacha.
