Day 1: From Cocora to La Primavera

Stop At: Valle del Cocora, Salento Colombia
You will walk through the Cocora Valley heading to La Primavera
Duration: 8 hours

Day 2: From La Primavera to the base camp.

Stop At: Parque Nacional Natural Los Nevados, Eje Cafetero, Manizales Colombia
Ascent to the base of the Nevado del Tolima at 4,900 meters above sea level
Duration: 20 hours

• Breakfast
• Lunch
• Dinner
Accommodation included: Camp at the base of Nevado del Tolima

Day 3: From the Base Camp to the top of the Nevado del Tolima

Stop At: Nevado del Tolima, Ibague, Tolima, Colombia
The ascent will be attempted from the base camp to the top of the Nevado del Tolima
Duration: 10 hours

• Dinner
Accommodation included: Bedroom

Day 4: Return to Cocora Valley

Stop At: Valle del Cocora, Salento Colombia
You will return by a different route on the first day
