This is your chance to explore Colombian famous specialty coffee with a hands on approach. Based inside Toucan Cafe's interactive coffee museum.

Itinerary

The Barista Workshop is a great way to learn about Colombia's famous speciality coffee in a format that is fun, educational and practical.

In this 3-4 hour workshop you'll learn how to use the espresso machine, the most important piece of equipment in a cafe, whilst mastering the various styles of coffee preparations including espresso, macchiato, americano, cappuccino etc.

At each step of the way our Barista will guide and encourage you to build your confidence in each coffee style. Whether you want to get involved in the coffee industry or simply spend a fun afternoon in Medellin learning about coffee, the barista workshop is perfect for you.
