Moravia is one of the neighborhoods with the greatest transformation in the city. Its origin is a bit difficult to understand, since it was the old garbage dump of Medellín. Between the 70's and 80's this place received tons of trashcfrom all over the city. Its inhabitants, mostly displaced, lived literally from what others discarded. Today this place underwent a strong transformation and that hill of garbage became a flowers garden. It aslo has a cultural center was built, called the "House of All", which was designed by Rogelio Salmona, one of the most famous architects of Colombia.
