Located in the middle of the square you can see the Statue of Pedro Justo Berrío, who was once the governor of Antioquia and important politician for Medellín and Colombia. After walking this little rambla for some minutes, you will go to Plaza de Bolívar, a place that holds the breathtaking Cathedral of Medellin where local tango singers folk together.
