My name is Luis, I am an Economist and I worked as a consultant for more than 20 years. I changed my work for my passion: sailing and enjoying nature, especially the sea. I have been sailing since I was 10 days old, it is a passion inherited from my family and I love to transmit my knowledge of the sea and navigation to the people who accompany me. Since arriving in Colombia with my family I have had the opportunity to know Tayrona in a way that people do not know, from the sea. It is a unique experience that we want to teach you. We are bilingual (Spanish and English) and we love to talk and tell the local anecdotes, we will take you to live an unforgettable day.
I am a yacht skipper and I have all the necessary courses to guarantee you safety and enjoy the experience.

Itinerary

At 11 am we will board the Artivela, our 56-foot Cooper Mapple Leaf brand sailboat and head for our Bahia Concha destination in Tayrona Park.
Navigation to our destination will take approx 1.5 hours. We will take the time to explain the basic themes of sailing and talk about the curiosities of the park and its people. We will put our rods to go fishing. We will pass in front of the bay of Taganga and Garnet. There we will begin the famous step of Isla Aguja, the only island in Tayrona Park. Once we pass the island, we will enter Concha Bay and try to anchor as close to the beach. Our experience partners can choose between swimming, walking on the beach, snorkeling or simply sunning on the boat. You will also enjoy a plate of fresh fish made right there on the grill.
At 4.15 pm we will begin our return to Santa Marta. We will sail and everyone will participate. We will arrive at the Marina at 6 pm.
