Stop At: Valle del Cocora, Salento Colombia
You will walk through the Cocora Valley heading to La Primavera
Duration: 1 hour

Day 2: From La Primavera to the base of Nevado del Tolima and return to La Primavera

Stop At: Parque Nacional Natural Los Nevados, Eje Cafetero, Manizales Colombia
It ascends to the base of the Nevado del Tolima (if weather conditions permit)
Duration: 9 hours

Day 3: From Spring to Cocora

Stop At: Valle del Cocora, Salento Colombia
You will return by a path different from the first day
