Day 1
(7:00 am) - Start hike from the cocora valley
(11:00 am) - Registration and induction with National Park authorities
(4:00 pm) - Arrival at farm based lodging (3800 masl)

Day 2:
(7:00 am) - Departure base farm - Laguna del Encanto
(9:00 am) - Arrival Laguna del Encanto
(01:00 pm) - Base farm lunch
(4:00 pm) - Snow equipment induction
Total kms: 5 kms

Day 3:
(12:00 am) - Departure base farm - Snowy summit of Tolima
(7:00 am) - Arrival Shimmer glacier edge
(08:00 am) - Arrival snowy summit of Tolima 5230 masl
(1:00 pm) - Return base farm
Total kms: 22 kms approx.

Day 4:
(07:00 am) - Breakfast and Departure base farm - Cocora Valley Return
(1:00 pm) - Arrival to the cocora valley
(02:00 pm) -Lunch in the Cocora Valley
(4:00 pm) - Return Hotel
