Fermentation Workshop

Conscious fermentation is, as you will be able to learn, the bases of civilization. Learn about basic techniques to make sour dough bread, sour vegetables, alcoholic beverages, vinegar, and to use microorganisms to obtain sanitation and fertilizer. These techniques applied will prove you resilient on such fundamental levels as health, economy and personal and community growth.

We will discuss all facets of fermentation and will engage hands on in making few (at least 5) basic fermented products.

We will enjoy a snack and drinks prepared by fermenting.
