The whole coffee process that is taught is by means of an artisanal form because it is a small farm that has been dedicated to coffee cultivation for more than 80 years, it is used to sow other products that grow in this area at the same time, such as fruit trees, ornamental and medicinal plants as well as other types of trees that provide shade and protection of water sources, an aspect that is our greatest interest, since the upper areas of San Miguel are characterized by being a source of water storage for the whole area of Greece by concentrating springs in its mountainous areas.

Itinerary

It consists of a tour of the coffee farm, with an explanation of the whole process that takes coffee from planting to a final handmade product and high quality.
The visitor is given the opportunity to have an experience touring the plantation and observing the vegetation that grows with this crop.
The whole process is explained step by step (collection, drying, crushing, roasting ...) until you reach the final tasting where the visitor will taste the different roasted coffee.
Our work ideology is also disclosed, for the conservation of the environment and the protection of land and water sources.
