Yoga, Bike Tour and Waterfalls

Adore the sights and sounds of Costa Rica with panoramic views of the mountains. Your instructor takes you into a rustic rancho for an all levels friendly yoga class. The class helps us to enjoy the surrounding beauty and set our intention for the day. After setting your intention your bike tour guide leads you through a rural area and to the waterfalls. Now that you are heated up from yoga and a bike tour you will follow your guide through a forest to go swimming in front of three waterfalls.

The adventure begins at our meeting point, the historic National Theatre. Together we load the shuttle (Touring Bikes on roof) and start our scenic drive exiting the city and ascending into the Central Valley. Keep your eyes peeled for sloths hanging in branches and hidden waterfalls along the way. The volcanic soil in this area gives life to diverse vegetation that covers the landscape in lush greenery.

We unload our mats and touring bikes in a mountainous area near Turrialba Volcano. Before our practice begins we snack a plate of local seasonal fruits. The Yoga practice is set in a rustic rancho overlooking the wide mountain range. It prepares our minds and bodies for our day and gives purpose and intention to our adventure. Afterwards we fit you to your custom Touring Bike.

Your backroad touring bike experience will take you through a captivating rural area with peaceful farms. Don't forget your camera! We make sure to have rest breaks for photography and hydrating. You will be enchanted by the impressive views of the surrounding landscape. For lunch a local rancher will prepare you a delicious homemade meal and afterwards we trek into a forest oasis that houses 3 waterfalls! Enjoy this natural phenomenon by going for a swim!

After having filled our hearts with gratitude and love in this peaceful oasis we will begin our hike out. Thank you Mother Nature!
*Our bikes are custom built for bike touring on SCOTT mountain bike frames.
*Please note that we offer a shuttle support bus and if at any time you wish to stop biking and return to the shuttle you have the option.
