Krka National Park is located in central Dalmatia, extending over 109 square kilometers.
It is named after the river Krka, which is part of the park and encompasses its most beautiful stream as well as the flow of the river Čikola.
The Krka stream is very diverse and constantly changing, from the calm and flowing stream to the rough and the faster flow in the canyons to eventually break into the waterfalls.
