Evening walk trough the old city of Dubrovnik

Early in the evening as the sun and heat begin to disappear, we begin to explore the city as the street lights begin to replace the sun. As I am academic painter I will have lots of art history observationsand I will explain the main diferences in arhitectural styles so you will learn to easily reconize it by your self by the end of our tour.
Our story starts at Pile gate, the main entrance into the Old Town. A stroll along the city center will allow you to see the main attractions and hear the most interesting history spiced up with local stories – all with a pleasant sound of the city night life.
This tour will take you through the most important and most beautiful city sights, along with enough information about the city – so that you can easily plan the rest of your stay in Dubrovnik.

When we enter inside the historical core of Dubrovnik we will see this great fountain. It was made by Italian master Onofrio della Cava and it was part of verry important project od Dubrovnik republic. You will find out more about Onofrio and his work in our tour.

Stop At: The Franciscan Church and Monastery, 4 Poljana Paska Milicevica, Dubrovnik 20000 Croatia

You will hear about importance of this monastery in medieval and reinessance times. The monastery hides the oldest farmacy in Europe still operating and the most beautiful cloister in Dubrovnik which you can visit after the tour.

Church from 16th century that remained preserved from pre-earthquake period, with beautiful reinessance facade.
