Enjoy an overnight tour to Antisana and Quilotoa Lagoon from Quito. Travel along the Avenue of the Volcanoes and admire the Ecuadorian highlands. Head to Antisana National Park where you will have a chance to hike and admire the flora and fauna. The following day, visit the wonderful Quilotoa Lagoon where you can also hike to enjoy the outdoors. Transfer back to Quito. Day 1: Avenue of the Volcanoes - Antisana Reserve

Stop At: Antisana Ecological Reserve, Ecuador
Antisana is located two hours away from Quito. Stop for an overview of the impressive lava flow at Antisanilla, next onto admire an incredibly huge wall of cliffs across the narrow canyon, where condors can be seen soaring up near the highest peaks. Several stops are made in the paramo to walk about the level ground and observe the beautiful but small paramo flowers hugging the ground among the lichens and paramo straw: yellow composites, gentians, red Indian paintbrush, orchids, and chuquiraguas.

Day 2: Quilotoa Lagoon - Quito

Stop At: Laguna Quilotoa, Laguna de Quilotoa, 070701 Ecuador
Quilotoa Lagoon is a rewarding day trip that takes you off of the regular beaten tourist path high up into “grand canyon” area of the Andes. The Laguna and crater will literally take your breath away, and the area is also culturally very interesting.
