2 days Bike Tour Daule: VIVE LA EXPERIENCIA LEVEL 1
You will bike through the beautiful rice fields surrounding Daule - The Rice Capital of Ecuador. Three easy bike tours, in total 62 km mostly flat (45 km asphalt, 17 km dirt road).
You can choose between private tour from Guayaquil or shared tours from Guayaquil or Daule
Itinerary
DAY 1: ALONG THE DAULE RIVER
When leaving from the city of Daule we will cross the hanging bridge. Landscapes of rice crops at the edge of the road will guide us to Naupe. There we will have a leisure time to enjoy the gastronomy of the place and the beach on the banks of the Daule river. On the way back, we will cross charming rice fields and a small mango forest. Then we cross the river by boat to go back to the city of Daule. At night we will have a relaxing tour through the main streets of the city.
DAY 2: DAULE, THE RICE CAPITAL OF ECUADOR DAULE BY NIGHT.
We will leave the city of Daule by Piedrahita Avenue. In Nobol we will visit the Sanctuary of Santa Narcisa de Jesus. Then we will start our adventure on the dirt roads of the Daule
countryside. We will surround Cerro San José and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the rice fields. We can also observe a great variety and quantity of birds as we head to El Cerrito, whose picturesque landscape invites to a photographic stop. Back in the city, we will visit the Plaza and the Sanctuary of the Lord of Miracles, patron saint of Daule, the Black Christ. Finally we will bike along the boardwalk on the banks of the Daule River.
