Come and discover the capital city of Egypt, Cairo for a holiday full of culture and experience. Cairo is the second biggest city in the Muslim world and is packed full to the brim of things to do and see. Cairo is not just a holiday destination, it’s also a city where people live and work which means that there’s a perfect blend between the old and new. A holiday in Cairo is like being stood in an outdoor museum, everywhere you go and look there is evidence of this area complex and intriguing history.No holiday to Egypt would be complete without a visit to the Pyramids, words can’t do justice to the enormity and complexity of these structures which will definitely leave you speechless when you see them. Although not for everyone, some may like to visit Khan el Khalili; a bustling commercial quarter where you will be able to pick up real souvenirs and really feel part of this lively city as well as getting a real glimpse into true Egyptian culture.

Day 1:

Upon arrival at Cairo Airport you will be met by our representative and transferred in air conditioned comfort vehicle to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 2:

After breakfast you will be picked up for your tour the Giza Plateau where the Pyramids and Sphinx are located, a short distance out of Cairo. This is the highlight of your stay in Cairo visiting this remaining wonder of the ancient world, visiting the major sites as well as the Sphinx. After the Pyramids you will visit the Papyrus institute where a demonstration will introduce you to the art of papyrus making from reeds, a technique discovered by the ancient Egyptian. Your lunch will be served at a Local restaurant. Then head to the Egyptian museum where the world’s largest and richest collection of Egyptian Antiquities can be seen. It has 120,000 items, with a representative amount on display, the remainder in storerooms. It houses the world’s largest Collection of Pharaonic antiquities, and many treasures of King Tutankhamen. In the late afternoon you will transfer to Khan El Khalil Bazaars A shopper's paradise and a photographer's dream come true where bargaining is an art and expected when you are negotiating a purchase. Gold, silver and gems, bronze and copper, the smell of exotic spices, either goods, the aroma of brewed coffee sifting through elaborately carved wooden doors and coffee shops, the captivating sound of music and plethora of an unbelievable display of merchandise together with a multitude of colorfully dressed crowds bring to life scenes from A Thousand and One Arabian Nights. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3:

Breakfast at the hotel you will depart to Alexandria by road app 3h30 min driving. You will start your visit with the Roman theater, a theater with marble seats up to 800 spectators, Galleries, Section of mosaic flooring & a pleasure garden surrounded by Roman Villas& baths. Your next stop will be the Library of Alexandria, one of the most unusual architectural masterpieces of the 21st century, your guide will take you in a tour back into the history while you are walking in one of the greatest libraries all over ancient ages. Your lunch will be served at Fish Market restaurant followed with a photo stop at the Citadel of Qait Bay. A short drive takes you to the Mosque of Abu El Abbas, one of Alexandria’s Islamic landmarks characterized by its tall minarets and domes. You’ll have the opportunity to photograph this imposing landmark with its surrounding showpieces before you take the way to Cairo. Overnight at Cairo Hotel.

 

Day 4: Departure

After breakfast you will check out of your hotel and you will transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your international flight to back home.
