You will be picked up directly from your hotel with air-conditioned transfer vehicle and transferred to the airport. Your German speaking tour guide will pick you up at the exit of the arrivals terminal after your landing. From there you continue with the air-conditioned vehicle to Dahshur, which is located about 30 km south of Cairo and houses 15 pyramids from the 4th - 13th Dynasty. You will also visit the so-called Knick pyramid of Snofru, which is considered a turning point in the pyramid construction and as a template for the Great Pyramid of Giza. After a local lunch, continue to Memphis and Sakkara, where the Alabaster sphinx and the colossal statue of Ramses II are located. The necropolis Sakkara is one of the most famous tombs in Lower Egypt, next to Giza. After an exciting trip into the Egyptian past, your guide will take you back to the airport of Cairo, where you will finally make your return flight to Hurghada.
