Itinerary
Travelers should come along to Nour Wellbeing 15 mins prior to class start time to register and make payment. They will then be shown to the relevant class venue where they can take a mat and settle themselves before class starts. The Yoga teacher will introduce the class and ask everyone if they had done the class before and give a little details of how to listen to your own body when doing each asana or kriya and not over exert the body past its current flexibility. Our classes are guided so he teacher will talk you through each movement and walk around to adjust body alignments. Each class generally starts with a warm up, relaxation breathing technique, continues into a set of assanas or kriyas and ends with final savasana / relaxation. Travelers should bring along water and a towel to each class.
