In this multi day tour our esteemed customers will enjoy the visits of the most important sightseeing in Cairo, Giza and Luxor. It is a package of four days will cover the main two big historical cities in the world. Cairo the capital of modern Egypt, the mother of the world and the safe home for all the Arabs. Overnight in Luxor, the UNESCO heritage site and the capital of ancient Egypt. It is the city that owns 75% of Egypt's monuments and the source of treasures of all times. This package is designed according to our clients who stayed in Hurghada and wished to get overnight in Cairo and Luxor.

Itinerary

Day 1: Day 01: Hurghada / Cairo Sightseeing

Stop At: Pyramids of Giza, Al Haram Str., Giza 12611 Egypt
Early Morning transfer by Private deluxe vehicle to Cairo ( 450 km / 5.00 hours ) one stop by road for rest then continue driving. Arrive and proceed for a full day guided tour visiting the Great Pyramid (the only remaining wonder of world 7th wonders) the three largest and best preserved of all known 100 Pyramids of Egypt, the most well-known is the Cheops's Pyramid consists of 2.3 Million stone blocks, each weighing 2.5 to 15 tons, constructed as a tomb of the great pharaoh Cheops. The second largest pyramid was built for Cheops's son, king Chephren (also known as Khafra ). In addition to the usual parts of a pyramid complex, pyramid is guarded by a huge Sphinx and attached with the valley temple, the Mighty Sphinx which represents the king Chefren with human head and lion body as a guardian for the entire sacred palace protecting king's tombs from thieves and enemies. The third largest pyramid was built for the pharaoh Mycerinus (also known as Menkaure).

Stop At: The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, Midan El Tahrir Geographical Society Building, Cairo 11511 Egypt
Visit the Egyptian Museum which is located at downtown houses over 120.000 antiquities of ancient Egyptian as well different prehistory eras, the most remarkable objects and the marvelous treasure of King Tut Ankh Amun extracted from his intact tomb located in west bank at the valley of the Kings at Luxor's west bank which recovered by archaeologist Howard Carter with most beautiful golden Sarcophagus (110 kg ) & solid gold mask displayed.

Day 2: Day 02: Cairo Sightseeing / Sleeper Train to Luxor

Stop At: Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids, Al Giza Desert, Giza Egypt
Breakfast at hotel, 08.30 proceed for a guided tour visiting Sakkara which is the best known for the Step Pyramid, the oldest known of Egypt's 100 pyramids. It was built for King Djoser of the 3rd dynasty by the architect and genius Imhotep, who designed it and its surrounding complex to be as grand as it was unique and revolutionary

Stop At: Cairo Citadel, Al Abageyah Shar'a Salih Salem, Cairo 11511 Egypt
Visiting the Citadel of Saladin (Built by Saladin in 1176 to protect Egypt from the enemies, overlooking the city. It was easy to defend from any attacks) & visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque (one of the most famous mosques in Egypt. It is distinguished by its beautiful architectural design, numerous domes, and tall minarets. The architects modeled it after the blue Mosque in Istanbul.

Stop At: Hanging Church (El Muallaqa, Sitt Mariam, St Mary), Shar'a Mari Girgis Street, Cairo 11511 Egypt
Within the confines you will find the Church of St. Sergius, where the Holy Family is reported to have stayed, and the Hanging Church, the seat of the Coptic patriarchate for centuries then visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue. Inside this basilica-style temple, the so-called “Geniza Documents” were found, a treasure hailed as an unparalleled source of information about life of the Jews in Egypt’s past,)

Day 3: Day 03: Luxor Sightseeing

Stop At: Temple of Karnak, Karnak, Luxor Egypt
Breakfast on board, arrive to Luxor, meet & greet by our representative in Luxor, A.M a full day guided tour visiting the temples of Karnak and Luxor. We visit the magnificent Temple of Karnak which contains collections of many temples adjusted by many great Pharaohs, visiting the majestic avenue of ram-headed sphinxes at open court.

Stop At: Luxor Temple, Luxor 23512 Egypt
Visit Temple of Luxor which used to be as the ancient center of many festivals and consider one of the most beautiful & huge temples of Thebes, lunch at local restaurant, transfer to your hotel in Luxor & overnight. (B/L)

Day 4: Day 04: Luxor Sightseeing / Hurghada

Stop At: Valley of the Kings, Luxor City, Luxor 85511 Egypt
Breakfast A.M. guided tour visiting the Necropolis of Thebes at the west bank where located the Valley of the Kings which known as the “Place of Truth" and is where the burial tombs of the New Kingdom Pharaohs are located. The tombs were cut in the rocks and were intended to protect the mummies of the pharaohs from grave robbers. The tombs is rich in paintings and best preserved funeral scene on tombs walls in whole Egypt, while probably the most famous is that of Tutankhamun which was discovered by Howard Carter in 1922.

Stop At: Valley of the Queens, Luxor Egypt
Visiting The Valley of the Queens, also known as Wadi el-Melikat, is a place in Egypt where wives of Pharaohs were buried in ancient times, There are more than known 90 tombs, many of which are stylish and lavishly decorated. An example of this is the resting place carved out of the rock for Queen Nefertari (QV66) of the 19th Dynasty wife and favorite queen of Ramses II. She is one of the best known Egyptian queens; the poly chrome reliefs in her tomb are still intact. is the largest and most spectacular in the Valley of the Queens

Stop At: Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, Kings Valley Rd Deir el-Bahari, Luxor 23512 Egypt
Visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut " Deir Al Bahary " the only female Pharaoh to have ruled Egypt declare herself as divine, and she is depicted in masculine form wearing a pharaoh’s kilt and artificial beard.

Stop At: Colossi of Memnon, Thebes, Luxor Egypt
Visit the twin Statues of 18 meters high Colossi of Memnon remains of funerary temple of Amenophis III, end tour and drive back to east bank
