From Cairo to Petra Egypt trip package

Egypt and Petra magical trip exploring Cairo, from Aswan Aswan to Luxor on board 5* Nile cruise extending to the ,red sea ,Mt. Sinai and the monastery mo st. Catherine with an extension over day tour by ferry to Petra - Jordan .

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival

 Arrive to Cairo airport, where our representative will be waiting for you, with a sign showing your name. From the airport you will be transferred by a private car to your hotel. Over night in the hotel in Cairo

Day 2 - Pyramids Tour

Full day guided tour visiting:

The pyramids of Giza and the sphinx

Sakkara ancient cemetery and the steps pyramid.

Lunch in a local restaurant (optional)

Overnight in Cairo

Day 3 - Cairo City Tour

Full day guided tour visiting:

The Egyptian museum of antiquities

The alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali and the citadel of Saladin

Old Coptic Cairo and the hanging church.

Optical lunch in a local restaurant.

Overnight sleeping train travelling to Aswan.(dinner will be served in the train)

Day 4 – Aswan – Embarkation

Arrive to Aswan by the morning, directly from the train station to the Nile cruise to check in, then start a guided tour visiting:

Philea temple

The high dam

Optional Nubian village tour.

Back to the Nile cruise, overnight on board

Day 5 - Optional Abu Simbel tour and Kom Ombo

Full guided day tour visiting :

Free morning or

Optional tour to Abu Simple

Late afternoon arrive to Kom Ombo and visit Temple of Sobek. Over night on board.

Day 6 -  Edfu and Luxor East Bank

In the morning arrive to Edu and visit Temple of Horus. Later on arrive to Luxor and visit Karnak Temple, Then visit Luxor Temple. Over night on board.

 

Day 7 - Luxor West Bank – Disembarkation

Full guided day tour visiting:

The Colossi of Menmon

Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens

Temple of Queen Hatshepsut

In the evening transfer to the hotel in Luxor ,overnight in luxor.

Day 8   Luxor – Dahab

In the morning transfer to luxor airport to take the flight to Sharm El Sheikh.from Sharm airport you will be transferred by a private car to Dahab.

Transfer to your hotel. Free day, relax and enjoy the sea. Over night in the hotel in Dahab.

Day 9 - Petra

Early morning (5:00 am) pick up from your hotel and transfer to Taba Marina to take the boat to the Royal Yacht Club in Aqaba. Transfer from Aqaba to Petra and enjoy a 3 hours tour of Petra (2 hours with guide & 1 hour free).

After Petra we break for lunch in a nearby hotel and then transfer back to Aqaba, and have some free time for shopping before taking the boat back to Taba Marina. From Taba, transfer back to Dahab. Over night in the hotel.

Day 10 - Blue Hole & Mount Sinai

In the morning you will be transferred to the Blue hall site where you will make snorkeling in one of the most beautiful sites for snorkeling in the red sea .

. Back to the hotel, free evening. At 11 pm start the tour to Mount Sinai.

Day 11 - St Catehrine's Monastrey

Reach the top of the mountain by early morning and watch the sunrise from the summit. On the way down visit St Catherine's Monastery

Arrive back to Dahab around 1 pm, free afternoon and evening.  at night transfer to the bus station, and catch the overnight bus back to Cairo.

Day 12 - Departure

Arrive  to Cairo in the morning and transfer to the airport.
