You’ve dropped something in the water. Maybe your wedding ring. You want to retrieve it and need to determine where it went down. And than your search begins as a true aqautic detective.

The two-day PADI Search & Recovery Specialty Diver Course is designed to teach you to find objects underwater and bring them to the surface.

The course is very challenging and rewarding, whether the objects to be retrieved are odd, large, small or valuable. We help you to apply specific search patterns for location purposes after careful planning.

After four scuba dives you will also have practiced to use a lift bag for large or heavy objects, plus other recovery methods. We teach you how to plan a search operation; based on facts, not on fiction. This is all done focusing on effective ways.

The PADI Search and Recovery Specialty course will teach you effective ways to find objects underwater and bring them to the surface. Small or large, there is almost always a way to recover them.

Itinerary

We do four dives to make you familiar with collecting information and resources; after that with carefully planning a search. These are two paramount stages become an aqautic detective. You will learn swimming in search patterns with the use of your compass and by natural navigation.

You will be able to locate small and large items by using various search patterns. After the course using a lift bag for large or heavy objects is no longer a secret for you. You will also learn how to cope with limited visibility search techniques.

You will need a PADI Search & Recovery Crew-pak (DVD and manual), a PIC Certification Card, Basic scuba gear, an underwater compass, a slate and a lift bag.
