You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada to be transferred to Hurghada airport for a short flight to Cairo. Once arrived in Cairo airport you will be picked up for a wonderful tour at the Giza Plateau. Here stands the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World, the Great Pyramid of Cheops. See the three major pyramids or tombs, built by the Pharaohs Cheops, his son Chephren and Chephern's son Mykerinus, where their mummified bodies would rest for eternity. Situated in front of the pyramids of Chephren, is the guardian of this ancient mortuary complex: the legendary Great Sphinx. This monumental statue, with the body of a lion and head of a human, was carved from a single piece of Giza Plateau bedrock and is considered a national symbol of both ancient and modern Egypt.

Your lunch will be served at the Pyramids area at local restaurant. Your next stop will be at the Egyptian Antiquities Museum. Opened in 1902, the museum has over 107 halls displaying the world's largest and richest collection of Egyptian antiquities, including statues, mummies and the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen. Your last visit will be Khan El Khalili for a shopping session before your return to Cairo airport to take your flight back to Hurghada.
