The area was known as the sacred seat due to the ancient belief that the goddess Tefnut one of the nine gods who created the world she sat in the area when she visited , the temple of komombo is different from other Temples as it has dedicated to two gods , Horus the Falcon headed God and Sobek the Crocodile headed God of the Nile, the temple has the most important scenes of the ancient festival calendar and the ancient surgical instruments , before you finish your tour enjoy a short visit to the crocodile museum in your way out of the site , then enjoy a smooth and comfortable drive back to Luxor.
