Peaceful day in Rapla city!

If you want to have a nice and quiet day away, then visiting Rapla is exactly what you should do! We will walk with nice slow pace. We will have plenty of time for coffee brake and lunch. Rapla is not well known in touristic circles, so there will be no big herds waiting for you. Just a everyday life of a small but lovely local city.

If open it is also possible to visit The Rapla County Centre for Contemporary art. There is a small ticket fee (not included in the tour price!).

Only coutryside church with two towers! If possible we can also climb to the tower and have a birds eye view of Rapla.

We´ll see the centre of the small city with all the stories to go with it. It will be a walk through history of how Rapla was born into a lovley city it is now. We will also see one very unique piece of architechture from soviet times that has made its way to art history books around the world. It will be a lovely and easy walk.

Lovely store that sells only things made in Raplamaa. You can find anything from marmelade to forging. You can be sure that you buy thing truly made in Estonia.

In the centre of Rapla there are two sculptures. One is Alu Lord of the Manor and the other is named Head of the city. In every full hour one says the time in german and the other replies in Estonian.
