You will visit the battlefields on an easy way, I provide a personalized service.

For transport I use a Mercedes Vito Tourer fully equiped for tours.

Itinerary

Day 1: Canadian battlefields in Flanders; Messines, Ypres, Passendale, and Hill 62

Stop At: The Ploegsteert Memorial, Rue de Messines Ploegsteert, Comines-Warneton 7782 Belgium
Stand at the Memorial to the Missing in Plugstreet where Canadian troops fought in 1915 pass along the so called "Henessy Chateau" where Canadian soldiers found a wine cellar.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Messines Ridge, N314, Mesen 8957 Belgium
Stand near the Irish Memorial and visit the church where Hitler was in the crypt and the Visitor Centre.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Hill 62 (Sanctuary Wood) Canadian Memorial, Hill 62, Canadalaan, 8902 Ieper, Belgium
Stand on the ridge captured by the Canadian Army at the spring of 1916 and understand why it was so important.

Stop At: Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry Memorial, Grote Molenstraat 78, 8980 Frezenberg, Belgium
This is the place where the PPCLI was nearly slaughtered in May 1915.

See the Cloth Hall, the Cathedral and the main square of Ypres, spend some free time in town.

Stop At: Last Post ceremony, Menin Gate, Ieper (Ypres) Belgium
Stand under the Menin Gate in Ypres to attend the Last Post before heading back to your hotel.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 2: Vimy, Arras and Bourlon Wood battlefields

Stop At: Canadian National Vimy Memorial, Chemin des Canadiens Route D55, 62580 Givenchy-en-Gohelle France
See the Memorial on Vimy Ridge, the preserved German and Canadian Trenches, walk in the Grange Tunnel where Canadian troops stood minutes before the battle. See the newly build visitor centre and one of the cemeteries.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Cimetiere du Cabaret Rouge, D937, 62153 Souchez France
This is the cemetery where the Unknown Canadian Soldier was exhumed.

Stop At: Anneau de la Memoire, D58 E3 Chemin du Mont de Lorette Front the National Necropolis of Notre Dame de Lorette, 62153 Ablain-Saint-Nazaire France
The Ring of Remembrance built by the French Government to remember all the soldiers who died in WW1 in tha area.

A very nice museum about WW1 on the Western Front.

Climb on Bourlon Wood ridge and see the Memorial.

Stop At: Vis-en-Artois British Cemetery and Memorial, 1 route Nationale, 62156 Haucourt France

Stop At: Monchy-le-Preux Newfoundland Memorial, 2 Rue de la Chaussy Monchy-Le-Preux, 62118 Le Touquet – Paris-Plage France
See the place where New Foundland troops were in action.

Day 3: The Somme battlefields, Villers-Bretonneux, Thiepval, Courcelette and Beaumont-Hamel

A Little memorial dedicated to the Tank Corps. It is there that tanks have been used for the 1st time on a battlefield on 15 September 1916.

The memorial commemorates the involvement of the Canadian Army in the Battle of the Somme at the fall of 1916.

This is the largest of all these memorials, it is bearing the names of 72 000 soldiers who have no known grave.

The memorial was unveiled in 1925, so it is one of the oldest.

The memorial remembers the effort of New Foundland during WW1.
